I was hungry this evening, but I had healthy snacks ready. I had a cup of grapes, tomato slices with a dollop of fresh guacamole on each, and some cucumber slices topped with a dollop of freshly made tzatziki sauce and a pinch of shredded carrot on top of that. Only 250 calories and quite filling.
Not sure, you’re still skinny so I don’t think you eat too much necessarily I’m sure you don’t have that every day. I overate today too. I have a bit of a belly to show for it

I have never thought that living with SZ is supposed to be a vale of tears. Life is meant to be savored.
I can relate. I had a counselor tell me when we can’t control what’s happening to us we can control what we put in our mouths. So Eating Disorders are birthed from our need to control something. My Eating Disorders began at age 13 when my mother was terminally ill. I’m 47 and I still struggle. My food life has never been the same since.
