Don’t turn into a dieting lunatic. Moderation is safer. If you stick at the extreme end of the spectrum you will just be so ravenous one day that you inhale a whole bag of crisps. Be careful!
I agree with @Schwann that moderation in all things is key. Like French people eat really fattening food but they eat really small portions so they’re thin.
I mean people say grilled chicken is preferably “healthy”, but to me it’s just friggen protein…
Is being “healthy” just a term describing the approach within their preferred concourse to their objective goals of where people want to be, in terms of physical wellness?
Is there a set strategy to be “healthy”, or does it change everyday, depending on the condition of their body and mind?
Yea I need to learn moderation is just as healthy.
I just have this crazy strong belief that because of the way my body is, very sensitive to processed things, that I have to really minimise that stuffs.
But that doesn’t mean others have such a requirement
I just find it weird how some people do nothing but eat crap, drink, and smoke and live into their nineties while some of my healthiest living friends are gone like POOF by their early fifties at the latest.
Hm I don’t think there’s any one single food that is healthier than others. For example super foods is a bit ridiculous to me, considering the price of goji berries or acai berries.
They don’t even taste nice.
I think it’s about striking a balance between the different food types and as @anon99082702 said, quantity to be moderate.
