I felt like no matter what I do,it’s same,there is no difference.Eating healthy,I just couldn’t do it.Sacrificing,no difference.Working,just to pass time.Drinking coffee,it does gives me energy for one-two hour at most
I am a personality more or less objective about self, but there are loads about myself that I miss.
I like routine. It is my savior.
I find I’m more able to deal with different issues if most of my life is structured. Especially on the pills, it really makes it so much easier to deal with things.
So. For me I don’t really get bummed out about it. I still perform like most adults even if a little different. Eating healthy is hard because it’s boring. I rarely get bored on the meds but I do a lot of comfortable things.
I never been able to eat healthy…I do exercise though.May I ask you have always eat healthy since young or did anything changes to make your diet healthy
It takes some discipline to eat well. It doesn’t come easy for me as I do like to eat and cook. Still. It’s worth doing.
