That’s the thing with long half life depots - they take a while to work. But now it is at a therapeutic level. I am so glad.
Am looking after myself more every day because I am not so preoccupied with external threats. I am keeping better hours and eating real healthy.
My next step is to start hiking again. I am pretty out of shape but walking is fine. Bought myself some wireless headphones as a motivation point.

Glad to hear it is working, I am on 50mg Invega sustenna injection monthly. Its working for me too…except I am getting lumps at the injection site. I get it in my arms and they may have to switch to my bum soon.
Yeah that happens at the injection site. I recommend getting the shot in the butt. You don’t have to pull your pants down or anything. I think it is less painful than in the arm
@anon94176359 Yeah I think I may suggest that. I am just a little embarrassed because I have a bad tattoo back there. Oh well I guess I just have to face the embarrassment.
