My delusions are not real

I was investigating the coincidences that drove me crazy 3 years ago, and I realized that most of those coincidences never happened, it was like this: my coincidences were about names of video game players, those names coincided with specific words that appeared in my mind, I decided to look for those names in a web page that keeps those records and all those names were not there, they did not exist. This tells me that my delusions are based on false memories, however if these coincidences happened again I would not be surprised, maybe all our delusions are false memories? I dont know…

Then you’ ve come a very long way.

I dont know for certain, correct me if i am wrong. I was under the impression delusion is false belief. Yet you saw the names? Maybe a quick instance of visual hallucination?

I keep saying exactly what you are writting here. Hallucinations, of any kind, can feed a delusion to worsen our reaction to our illness(es). That hallucinations make us feel, act, think, or deepen our false beliefs.

I am glad to see another has successfully muddled through the confusion.

You should be very proud of yourself that you do understand what you have written here today that delusions/hallucinations are false things.

My delusions were false delusions. What was happening was real.
