It’s all about politics so I can’t really say much, but he thinks vaccines are used so weapons from space to melt us. I didn’t know what to say at all

Oh it’s not great. It’s so loud and people can be rude. My coworkers are cool at least. I haven’t found any better jobs, I’ve tried a few, but the sensory stuff is a lot

I hear that. I’ve been wishing for a job but I have no idea what I could even perform at. I really think I may be on the spectrum I’ve never been able to hold a job.

I want to the next time that I see him. The problem is that I am good at masking. Spent my whole life and my parents trained me to come off as if I’m as facile and social as possible.
I wonder if my doctor will take the concern seriously.

My stepdad is not diagnosed with anything but believes shapeshifting reptiles live among us and a bunch of other stuff.

Politics got intertwined with a bunch of crap it doesn’t belong anywhere near and things got messy. Conspiracy theories are one of those things.

I don’t think all mental health professionals are too worried about delusional thinking. It is more a matter of self control that starts to alarm them.
