He thinks I should pay for my $500 medication myself. He says it’s not his problem.
I don’t know what to think. Maybe he’s right. I should probably stop my medication.

You’re going to run into people like that occasionally. Or even people who want you to stop taking your medication. You can’t listen to them; you know yourself better than them and you know you need medication. Don’t let those people sway you, if you listen to them you are the one that’s going to suffer, not them.

It still hurts my feelings that he cares more about his wallet than for people like us who need help.

You should get financial help no matter you are ill or not. Because you have been impacted by this illness before.
It’s like I am educated till Ph.D and next 30 year you are left in … Oh my I just can’t compare to anything because there is nothing to compare. What’s does your cousin comparing too.
If he trys he has no idea what is sz. Because if he had it he could have never said such a thing.

It’s not your problem either. You didn’t ask to develop schizophrenia. Doctors and experts wouldn’t have allowed for schizophrenia expenses if they didn’t know what they’re doing.

When I must to pay for my medication I wouldn’t take them either. Thankfully it’s the government medical insurance I don’t have to pay. Hopefully it stays that way. Next coming election the opposition wants the sick people to pay for their medicines

Exactly what I’m afraid of.
Afraid of the uncertainties of the future ? I am thinking what, if there is something after life, do I get medication there for my “disease” ? Especially with illnesses of mental health and spirituality.

If he is then it’s his decision/right not to spend his money on you.
Maybe he can no longer do this for financial reasons
Id look into getting disability if I were you so you no longer have to rely on others like this.

Disability is an insurance policy set from social security just like housing insurance. When you get disability it opens up the insurance policy.
