My cocktail of meds and supplements that keep me stable

  1. Abilify 15mg

  2. L-theanine 300mg x 3 times a day

  3. Broccoli sprout extract once in the morning

  4. 4 cups of instant coffee !

  5. Every so often I Take a bcomplex which gives me a bit of motivation if I need to get something done.

If I deviate from that formula then I become a bit unstable.

I feel lucky that I cracked the code.

I’m absolutely shocked risperidol works for anybody me my sister and this random guy it didn’t work for us

Don’t get me wrong I’m not against it like I am ADHD meds BUT I’m shocked it works for anyone

Funny you mentioned this because I think that for decades of being on Risperdal I think it’s finally pooping out on me.
Recently had my dose raised to 3mg from 2mg and so far I’m worse!
