I think it might be a left over from the boiler repair man. He was definitely a smoker. Maybe also the smell of oily food in a hot oven.

I smell strong perfume in the flat sometimes - im sure its in my head. I used to think it was the old lady that died in here, paying me a visit lol.

I have heard a similar idea from a good friend. She said she knew it was her grandma. I mean if it’s not causing any harm why not

Yes came this morning actually - and im doing the same, having a cuppa tea out my massive sports direct mug - but i use 2 teabags with 4 sugars

Yeah I have a sports direct mug. I do the two teabag trick too. Goes really well with warburtons toastie bread toast

Yeah i buy warbutons toastie sometimes as well outta iceland lol. Gotta be proper salted butter off the block tho - with lashings of marmite lol.

I like the lurpak spreadable but it’s costly. I have been getting into anchor butter - is really salty too

maybe your washing machine needs a clean, or you could try a better fabric conditioner

Jimbob I had a smoke smell come out of some old sweat shirts even though I had washed them. I think sometimes they need a few cleanings to get the smell out after you quit.
