My cbt therapist was scared of me

I remember I raised my arm to scratch my head and she flinched. Lol.

Tbf I did seem very weird and unpredictable. It’s just funny to me because I would never actually do anything to harm her but how would she know

I guess they just have no idea so yea they just need to take caution. She probably read my notes beforehand too… I’ve bitten a policewoman when I was psychotic.

Ten years ago i had my worst episode. When i talked to my doctor (GP) she would open the door, the same with the social caretaker and other public people. They were afraid of me, even i was scared and afraid of anything, and never have done anything violent.

It’s all in the eyes. The first years of psychosis I had cold killer eyes and a frown! It scares people.

I’m so happy I got rid of that.
