My caseworker wants me to get vaccinated

She called me up again and asked me if I want to get vaccinated.
They are providing vaccinations at the charity offices for the consumers.

I told her that I’m not sure about getting the Covid vaccine.

She said there might be other opportunities on future dates for me to get vaccinated if I wish.

I want to get the Covid vaccine but to be honest I’m downright afraid of the side effects.

Who knows they could become permanent.

There’s just not enough data on the long term effects of these vaccines.

They are not even FDA approved.

My father suffered from significant after effects after he received the Moderna vaccine.

All they’re doing is injecting you with a trigger to the immune response on the genetic make up of a virus, that (Hopefully) trains your body to recognise the virus as a threat to the system so it crushes it dead.

This is how all vaccines work.

I assume you had vaccinations as a child?

It’s basically the same thing.

I’m kind of waiting for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
It seems a bit milder and it’s a one shot vaccine.

yea wait for that one.

that’s what my daughter says too, that it’s just like the flu shot.

She’ll have to get it. Been hearing on the news that Biden, in the manufacturing plant said, So we won’t have everyone vaccinated by the end of the summer, huh?

they said probably not. I would think my daughter should be first in line before the teachers.

My father suffered from breathing issues after he got vaccinated.
He’s still not completely better.

hmm, that’s a real concern.

my daughter went over seas a couple times and stayed about 3 months, and before she went, she got all the necessary shots.

Didn’t have Any reaction. but the birth control shot put her out of commission. that one, never again.

Getting the actual virus could kill you. Something to consider…

I personally will get the jab the first chance I’ve got.

I’ll deal with any adverse vaccine side effects, gladly. I’ve seen how people die. I don’t want that.

The vacci es are approved by the FDA for emergency use. They have satisfied everything to prove their effectiveness. It’s all just paperwork now. That’s part of why normal vaccines takes years, red tape.

well, I saw on the news last night the two kids that are going thru a study/experiment to test that effectiveness on kids, and next they want to do 5-11 year olds. ah huh. They were reported as heroes.

@Wave I think you should seriously consider getting the covid vaccine if you are being offered the vaccine. They observe you for at least 15 minutes after administering the vaccine to make sure you don’t have a severe allergic reaction (which is very rare).

I think that eventually I’ll get vaccinated.
I think it’s the Pfizer vaccine they are using.
Thanks @Moonbeam

The pfizer vaccine is the best. It protects against all the major variants. Consider yourself jackpot lucky if you’re offered that.
