Kaisei has a vet appointment next week. Its just to check him for illness and parasites. He is going to be okay but I do worry. The exam cost 58, fecal and blood draw is about 40 something I cant remember. Exotics are always more expensive. Jasper’s appointment isn’t until June.

Thanks, I called today because I suspect my inlaws bearded dragon has adenovirus and kaisei isn’t likely to get since he’s over two years old. But I want to be sure, the pictures above are of the same dragon jasper is my Pac man frog sorry for the confusion. He can get adenovirus but I’m not sure if its transferable from bearded dragon to frog.

Thanks, if I’m having a bad day or symptoms are acting up I just let kaisei sit on my chest or shoulder and we just chill. Well if its sunny out he likes to look out the window.

It’s great to have a pet nearby. Animal therapy is the best therapy IMO.

i love you too @jukebox. i tried to teach my partner’s younger cousins how to handle a bearded dragon, feeding, bathing and just general care. kaisei is the perfect teaching assistant, he is calm he loves everyone. my in laws bearded dragon leo is a little wild still i have been working with him but he is still a stubborn young dragon.
technically its not bathing but more like soaking, i showed them how to do it and how warm the water should be.

Hopefully my inlaws pay me and I get my SSI so I can buy night crawlers and super worms. I’m almost out. Jasper appetite has slowed down but he eats whole night crawlers now about two-three times a week.
