Don’t ask me to do it again. I wouldn’t have a clue. I specialised on bread in the end of my baking career, but i am interested to figure out if i can do it again. Should i hook up with a baking shift ?
That looks amazing
That was my apprenticeship cake to a baker. The closest i could find to moccacreamecake.
That’s the exact one you baked?? Yea you should become a baker if you’re up to it
Nothing stopping you from making it for yourself at home!
In all this time i am thinking to apply for a practice run in the hospital bakery close by. I mean every hospital has a bakery i believe, right ?
Wow! You are so good at that! If you enjoy it, I say go for it!
I love baking, but my cakes are always sad looking. Like an actual zombie decorated them.
I don’t think the ones do where I live. The desserts are things like instant pudding, Jello, or a banana.
I could get one of those needed. An industrial table mixer. I don’t make a merchandise picture but these things really rock. I could get everything in a short time. I kept the baking books all these years. I am getting mad.
One of these?

We have this, but in sort of a pewter colour.
Yes these of a kind. You can open willy wonkas chocolate factory with it. That would be fun. I got the table, oven and refrigerators for it. All i need to get is one of those. I don’t know, it may be a reminder of my next big mistakes. Its a gamble. What you think ?
My wife does most of the baking and uses this a lot. I do make a fair bit of ice cream (I was a saucier and ice cream is just another type of sauce to me). I’m the one who cooks most of the meals. I do have my journeyman chef papers from decades back.
Looks and sounds amazing!
I could go on YouTube to learn to make moccacremecake🤣.
