I can still feel the heat of the ovens that make your skin shiver. They are leaving me on my own on Saturday and Sunday so kind of throwing me in the deep end. I have to bake all the artisan breads and cakes etc.

The training isn’t the best and they expect me to b on my own at the weekend! So fingers crossed. Today will b my third day!
Hopefully it goes alright. Don’t be afraid to ask questions to prepare yourself.
