Sci-fi for me. It always has been!

My favorite is documentary. 
For me it was pretty close between sci-fi and western. But there are more movies in the sci-fi genre I like.
Some favorites would be Escape from New York, the road warrior and Predator.
Also the tv series Babylon 5 and Firefly.
I should probably take a new look at star wars with adult eyes. Sometimes movies change and gets a new meaning with age. What do you think about the newer star wars films?
I pretend they don’t exist!

I can relate. I feel the same way about the Alien movies. It should have ended after Alien3 is what I think.
Animation movies are the best for me. Especially from Disney and Pixar.
It’s a tough choice, but in the end I went with Comedy:

As long as the movie is good I don’t have a preference for genre. Never really been a fan of Hollywood comedy though. The only comedies I own are Spinal Tap and Monty Python
I prefer drama. I like serious movies.

Good movies. I particulary like One flew over. When Mcmurphy tries to find the 10th vote for watching baseball is my favorite scene.
My favorite scene was when Chief first speaks to McMurphy. Such a brilliant movie overall!
I really enjoy lots of different types of movies but my vote went towards the horror genre. I have so many memories of being really young and curling up with my stepdad and just watching the most wild horror movies on the USA Network in the 80s. TV was a lot less censored back then!
My tastes in cinema are probably a little weird though in how diverse they are. Ingmar Bergman was one of the directors that influenced me to pick up a camera. Yet on the other hand I’m a big fan of sleazy 80s action movies that star Charles Bronson.
I suppose to put it simply I love all cinema.
