I hear ya @PinCushion. My mother hated me as well. She has DID and has mentally abused when I was young. She used to hit on me and treat me as if she were my partner. I can never get over that

I think we can get over it when we realize it had nothing to do with us and then we can move on to replace our mothers with a more appropriate relationship.
