More baking!

I’ve once again been baking again, and have a few different cakes for show.

These are plain old Vanilla Cupcakes, but they went pretty quickly when i took them to work.

This is a basic Sponge Cake. It has home made strawberry jam and whipped cream in the middle. I just dusted it with icing sugar. Keep it simple and tasty.

Finally, this is a Chocolate Layered Cake.

The thing I like most about homemade cakes is the care and love that goes into baking them. Makes an already sweet treat taste sweeter
