I have plastic all over the place. Near my food on my body. Only drink evian so it’s all plastic bottles. I’m worried

It’s impossible to completely remove oneself from plastic these days but I feel cuts where possible makes a difference and being a healthy lifestyle may help eliminate some tho I’m not sure.

I believe that you’re good if you only use a plastic bottle once to drink the original content. The problem is if you reuse it as it’s not intended to be used multiple times. Then the plastic starts to degrade, and also chemicals can be released into the water.
