Moms hitting the sauce and making me paranoid

Happens everytime she gets really drunk. She gets really stupid and criticizes me. Then she starta repeating everything she just said. And she talks about leaving my dad. The rift it causes between them is what triggers me. I hate seeing my parents fight because it reminds .e of my childhood. They were always fighting.

Thanks. Its definitely hard on me. I get paranoid almost everytime she is visably drunk.

Im in my room now. Im seeing things blurry and i keep staring at my phone. I feel like they are watching me through my camera now. This paranoia has taken a turn for the worse.
