I ran out of medicine. I have to skip clozapine Saturday and Sunday. How long do you think it will make a difference for missing medicine?

You may feel like crap after a day or two but I doubt you will go into psychosis from just two days

The pdoc made a mistake by not calling in medicine….and the pharmacy is closed on the weekends.

can you call your pharamcy to tell them you have an emergency situation and for them to check your records and provide you with enough until you get a hold of a prescription from your pdoc?

When i came totally off clozapine (under pdocs guidance) I didn’t notice any withdrawal signs until 6 days after the last dose, so you should be okay. And the first signs i did experience were physical and not psychiatric in nature (rhinitis, insomnia, and nausea/diarrhea)

when i took clozapine my white blood cells dropped below normal. i was on 350mg and had to stop. i was prob off at least 4-7 days before my blood went back up. i dont remember anything happening.
