I missed 2 nights meds because I unexpectedly had to stay 2 nights at my mum in law’s house, we were only there for a visit but the car broke down so we couldn’t get home. I feel so horrible now, I feel weak and my head feels really spacy and out of it, feels a bit like tripping but not nice. From now on I’m going to keep a couple of nights meds in my hand bag for emergencies. I’m not long home and have taken tonights meds early but still feel horrible. It disturbs me that missing two days can leave me feeling so awful

If I miss even a day of abilify I get a huge headache.

Glad you’re home now! Good call on keeping a few emergency pills with you. I like to do that too. I’ve got a small makeup bag in my purse full of all kinds of pills for when I’m out and something comes up.

Yeah, not letting this happen again, the withdrawal is horrible. Hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow.

I feel for you. Missing meds unexpectedly is awful. I reckon you will wake up tomorrow feeling better though.

I carry an emergency supply around with me in my wallet, just in case i forget, usually about 2 days worth.

Me too. Ability gives me a huge entire head ache and I can’t sleep.
