You know what the black horse means in political elections, an unknown candidate will win , of course we know it is either Clinton or Trump, but when we think more closely, the foreign policy of the USA won’t change much, it is the CIA that runs the foreign policy of the USA and any talks by either candidate won’t change it.
Now I have to close it. There are a lot of sites to have this discussion in, I’ve been reading the opinions about the US election on Quora, for example.
