Messed up my back

Same here. I’m always crackin away at the joints haha. Lucky no pain with that for me though. Hope you get that scan.

I had a problem with my back recently. It helped to abstain from certain excersises for a good while.

Good idea. I have been doing push ups and using dumbbells. Before I hurt my back i mean. Might give that a rest for a while.

My back feels a lot better today already. It still hurts but I have pretty decent movement this morning. Doesn’t feel like it might snap at any moment haha.
