my mother in law’s niece is bipolar and has to take a great deal of meds. my mother in law offered for her niece to talk to me about her illness but I don’t know if she is comfortable talking to me about it. I was told she loses control of her emotions and has stabbed people with pencils twice . I don’t know how I could help her
