Mental Health awareness month

For mental health awareness month I would like to positives vibes on our recovery. To help those that are struggling as will as help those to keep succeeding in there recovery. Starting Monday I will start a conversation on a subject about Mental health awareness. If any of you have something you would like to suggest to make as a topic please comment!


Coping strategies are always good and sounds a worthwhile process.

I’d like to suggest exercise to anyone young. I think it really can add to health both physical and mental. Adding exercise and it’s results would be something I’d like to see and how that affects younger folks with mental illness.


I’m too aware of my mental health; that’s the problem. We need a Mental Health unawareness month to help not concentrate on it so much.
