My memory is completely gone and I cant remeber the days any more has this happend to any one else?

Yeah, I have huge gaps in my memory. Maybe I don’t want to remember it, because i was a zombie at the time.

Antipsychotics, antidepressants, sedatives all linked to memory, cognitive issues. Some effect more while some effect less. The reason is because they achieve the result by numbing the cognition.

What does your pdoc say?
Check your thyroid, vitamin d and b12 levels using blood tests. These three need to be in optimal ranges and sub optimal values linked with memory and energy issues.
I’ve heard of it in people who are dissociative, especially in trauma victims.
I have gaps in my memory but I only know what went on before or after. Huge gaps… Decades. Gone.
When I get psychotic I lose my memory.
