Mega mixed grill I had yesterday has played my Haemorrhoids up

It was too much meat and now I’m sore and bleeding. I missed my boat trip to the market this morning because I as sore. Hopefully it will clear up by tomorrow, it normally does, going to sent my worker into town and fetch me a halloumi salad for evening meal. Hopefully a bit of fibre sort me out do you think that will be the cave?

This is really a doctor question, but I’m guessing you got constipation due to what you ate and this caused hemorrhoid problems? I guess being a laymen and not a doctor my advice would be to get a cream or something for your current pain and maybe eat foods with fiber to prevent it from happening again soon. Maybe a laxative might be in order as well, I dont know.

But, I don’t have hemorrhoids so I am going off limited experience and knowledge.

Really, you should try to contact a doctor or some kind of person with medical experience for this advice, imo.

Maybe a pharmacist could help

I have already seen my doctor for this problem in the UK. It’s Haemorrhoids. It’s just a flare up. Hopefully it will be gone by tomorrow, but I don’t want to go out into town, but unsure because I far a full English breakfast this morning with English bacon and sausage, this was before I had the shites and now I’m sore because of it.

Well, I guess if you aren’t asking for any advice, i guess you just have to wait and see what happens. No one here is going to be able to tell you with any certainty whats going to happen.

Fiber should help if you take it with plenty of water. Personally I started supplementing my diet with psyllium husk when I started having hemorrhoids and it pretty much resolved the issue and rather quickly at that too. I’ve taken to it daily since as I didn’t enjoy the experience one bit. It’s relatively cheap bought off of Amazon. 1 kg is less than 20 bucks. Plus it helps with dieting and satiety. I throw it in my oatmeal, it doesn’t make it better but it doesn’t impact the taste too much either.

Well that’s what I wanted to read while I’m having tea and toast.
