Does anyone with an injection feel like their meds have worn off before the next injection. I’m feeling like I came off a drinking bender right now. And I haven’t drank in 7 months…something has been going on the past few days. I’m going to call my doctor Monday but I know he’s just going to tell me to go to the hospital

Yes I’m 3 days away. Felt kinda funny yesterday. I’m on the upswing of my bipolarness. Which is a new discovery that my doctor won’t seem to agree with. So I’m left untreated for bipolar. The only thing they’ll add is a mood stabilizer. But I feel really good with the meds wearing off. I just have some wild thoughts occasionally.
I see why people stop meds
When I was on Ingega Sustenna, I could feel it wear off a week before. So my pdoc moved me to shots ever 3 weeks. Helped a lot.

I was on that but my insurance would only cover every 4 weeks.
I feel very scared. I kinda want to go to the hospital.

I feel very unwell atm.

What would the doc say to giving you pills of invega for the 3 days before your shot. Would you be responsible enough to take them? Could be an option.
