I say if you want a really strange experience on meds try an old ad desipramine. I took it and it had a profound effect on me. I was high af. Had to stop after a week, it just didn’t get any easier. But interestingly it did cure my low libido problem. I would take it again just for that but I doubt the pdoc would go for a weeks worth just so I could have fun with my husband, lol.

Felt like I was on some kind of cocaine when I first started abilify years ago.

Yeah I kind of felt a bit stoned on Abilify.
Especially in the beginning of taking it.
Yeah, abilify gives u a funky high when u first start taking it. Made my legs feel light, like i was floating on air with my steps; i dont like it tho cuz it’s an artificial feeling. I prefer zyprexa cuz it doesnt ‘up’ u in anyway, i still feel like myself on it

I’m on 160mg of geodon and it doesn’t do anything to me.

Geodon affected me like no other antipsychotic did. It’s interesting to see how everyone’s brains react differently…I am still really curious to know why I reacted that way.
If geodon hadn’t given me absolutely debilitating sedation I would’ve stayed on it. I was sleeping as much as 14-16 hours a day, and could no longer safely drive on it. I was scared to leave the house at all during the day because the sedation was so strong it felt I would pass out right where I was.

No antipsychotic has ever made me high. Zyprexa made me sleep a lot, and at times that seemed appealing. Zyprexa also gave me a wicked craving for sugar. I think it can give you diabetes. Oh yeah, ariprizole did get me kind of high. I actually got a pretty good increase in physical strength when they put me on it. That drug made me too antsy, though.

The strange thing is i used to take zyprexa ages ago and it made me feel dead and sedated. Now i take it again and i feel completely fine.
I don’t know why.

Invega shot made me lose my s hit. I was completely lost on it

Abilify made me manic it was weird.
I saw white lines behind my eyes 24 7

High dosages of most meds made me a heavily sedated zombie. I almost always wound up on high dosages because they never did anything for my positives. Sometimes I get a little goofy when I’m loopy off trazadone, like I start singing. At least sometimes.
