Do any of you meditate? I haven’t in awhile. I saw a post on fb that talked about how to access different levels of consciousness.
I want to start meditating on a daily basis. Making it routine like brushing teeth. One of these days.
What kind of meditation were you thinking of
I meditate daily. Mindfulness meditation and concentration meditation.
I’ve been meditating everyday for more than 10 years

I practice mindfulness meditation everyday, but not so much Focus meditation like I used to. I should really start again
I began meditating on Chogyam Trungpa.
I have been doing guided meditation daily, art therapy bi-weekly and grounding exercises to try and stay in the moment.
my thoughts are flowing a bit more candidly and I feel less repressed…Im still disconnected, and still haven’t resolved a lot of supernatural experiences that will never make sense to me and I want healed from them.
I like the name focus meditation.
I used to meditate every day. I do every now and then. I would like to start again though.
