So I’ve added an extra day break with my meds so instead of every 3rd day I’ve been taking every 4th day, I don’t know the half life but I feel a little better, meds still work fine, I’ll stick with this for a while but question taking meds in the future

It’s a craps shoot for most around here. Yeah it’s a hard life on meds etc but the alternatives for me are worse. It’s all about function anyways. If you come off the meds and your struggling or psychotic then I guess you’ve little choice…That is the thing with me. I’d rather the meds so I can make good choices.

I am settled on meds now. I sometimes wonder if I could cope without meds. If I would be stronger but I have resigned to having to take meds.
