I’m rarely bored when I’m not feeling ok. My mind provides enough “entertainment” so I don’t feel bored.
But I feel ok today and I’m bored out of my tree.

Listen to music … watch a movie… Bored isn’t really bad , but it can be energy draining… find something you might find slightly interesting and try to do it…Don’t let boredom get you into the blues…
I relate
In Hospital some people were bored
Imho not unwell enough to be there
Try going for a walk on a nature trail. It’s so peaceful and I love taking in all the beauty. I used to do that regularly before I became too afraid. Taking pics of nature and the animals is great too. I even got really close up pics of dear one time!
this is so true. I keep myself entertained when im ill, but am completely bored most days now that im in remission.

I rarely feel boredom. I can just sit in my recliner and nothing pops in my head. It is like I don’t even exist. Time passes by and i don’t notice.
Being bored means I’m stable.
Don’t need the extra drama that instability brings.
Guys if your bored come play video games with me
I can totally relate. My mind has been so quiet since I stopped hearing voices and having delusions. I’m having trouble reminding myself of how lucky I am not to be hearing voices, but I am so grateful
I relate to this very much so.
