I get my Gen Z daughters to take a once a day vitamin as I feel they don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables. I do as well. I’ll be 60 next year…barely have any gray hairs.

im 33 and have like 5 grey hairs on my beard. at first i was like oh wow cool but im starting to pluck then cause it looks better lol
i have 2-3 gray hairs on my head, im 24. i thought it was a dog hair at first until i pulled on it and even after multiple shampoos its chillin
Your brokerage is rated on the quality of the risks (clients) you sign up with insurance companies. Clients with frequent claims earn you a bad rep and can get your contract canceled with a good insurance company. Gravel haulers are very high risk low margin clients and I wish we would just not deal with them. They are also a lot of work for the small amount of commission we make on them.
Thus the grey hairs.
My 13 year old daughter has a genetic abnormality. Her hair in front is white and she has very dark brown hair so it’s very noticeable. People comment on it and make fun of her especially other kids. She hates it. We call her our beautiful Rogue from X-men and she likes that. She’s trying to embrace the look but it’s hard on her.
I have half grey and I’m turning 37 tomorrow

I’ve seen some of the people I knew in high school start greying in their 30s, not alot, but noticeably.
These are the same people who started drinking and smoking at an early age, and grew up on Red Bulls and fast food.
Unfortunately, I am one of them.
BUT I’m not greying just yet.
My dad is bald and gray hair comes early in my family. I’m 35 and have a lot of gray hair. I still have hair, but I always thought I had thin hair. It’s definitely not thick and I may have a bald spot, but I’m also super-sensitive of my appearance (or used to be).
I think it’s genes, but I also felt like stress made it worse.
