My pdoc agree to let me go to 1.5 mg haldol from 2mg but I’ve been acting weird since Saturday. So now I am on 2mg again, I guess I found my limit dose.

Yeah it’s worth a shot but finding your limit is good.
I could probably go down to 7.5mgs of zyprexa but I stay at 10mgs. It works better and most times I’m good but if I’m stressed out then I need that extra. Pays for me to stay on the higher dose!
It’s a marathon not a sprint so glad your finding out your limits!
