I just had two steaks. They were really tasty, but I do feel awful for eating an animal. I always have that guilt.

Yeah I agree I’ve seen a lot of people fail I don’t think it’s a good idea for me to try I really think I’m gonna cut out junk food or atleast eat less potato chips and chocolate idk I wanna be healthy

I know that, but eating red meat regularly does cause insulin resistance as well as cardiovascular issues for diabetics. It has nothing to do with being low carb. Even trimmed red meat contains saturated fats within the meat that isn’t in leans meats like fish and chicken. Eating a steak now and again is fine but saturated fat builds up in your system and stores forever.
