A guy in my family has it but Dr said he’s too old for a surgery. They only do surgery in severe cases though.

Yeah I am way too heavy for surgery I reckon. Plus it isn’t that bad.
My sister had to have an operation on her L5 disc though. But she runs marathons and is very fit
