My son went shopping for me yesterday as I put my back out and he bought capellini noodles instead of spaghetti noodles. Interesting. Still good but just a little weird. For those who don’t know the difference, capellini noodles are very thin.
My back is feeling much better after two days of a lot of pain.

My partner and I made spaghetti noodles with sweet basil Barilla tomato sauce and Italian sausage spiced with minced garlic and Italian seasoning. It was out of this world delicious!

Yesterday I picked up some fancy pasta noodles (like, they’re actually from Italy etc), and tonight I’m gonna use 'em with some bolognese! I usually buy the cheap stuff so I’m excited.

My wife made tuna casserole for supper this evening. I worked 13.5 hours today and couldn’t pitch in with the meal. Tomorrow we’re having Indian take-out. Beef vindaloo for yours truly and butter chicken for the ladies. Now I’m wanting spaghetti, though.
