Too bad they had no ground beef at the family dollar nearby, would have like to make some spaghetti other than tuna.

you can make a spaghetti casserole with cheddar cheese sprinkled on the top…delicious.

My mom made what she thought was a japanese eggplant spaghetti with angel hair pasta…until she started eating it.
Pretty darn spicy.
At the commissary the next time, she pointed out those spicy little eggplants- turns out it was jalapeño peppers instead.
Was tasty indeed!

You can make lasagna without tomatoes. Use a creamy white sauce instead and put chicken or vegetables in it instead of beef.

My kids don’t like spaghetti. NONE of them! What the heck?! They didn’t get that from me or my husband, probably some obscure spaghetti-hater hidden deep in a shameful spot of the family tree.
