I’m proud of how being crazy has made me a better person.

I am proud of how I have overcome the illness and am able to successfully work with and compete against neurotypicals. I don’t see the point of being proud of being sick (unless your goal is to become even more ill).

If being sick is part of your personality, you could be proud to be mad

Proud to live with voices
It’s my reality and part of my personality

Knock yourself out. I’m proud to be known for my accomplishments instead.

Speaking of madness. I wrote this quote while I was psychotic…

Bad art can make you laugh
Good art can make you think
Great art can destroy you

I think my life has been a combination of all three.

It’s a disease nothing to like

Nothing comes without a positive aspect and advantages.

For me being severely mentally ill isn’t something to shout from the rooftops. Achieving despite severe mental illness is something to be proud of.

The pain makes us noble.
The delusions make us special.
Grandeur is the best feeling in the world.
Madness is like a natural drug.

You must embrace your illness as a part of your personality. And move on accepting the reality

Yes, I don’t disagree. It’s a severe illness
