I take a drug called Lybalvi which is both olanzapine and an appetite suppressant. It works well with me and is controlling my hunger. Olanzapine always worked best with me and had the worst side effects.
I also take half the olanzapine than I used to.
I talked to my pdoc this morning and told her I’d almost had a public meltdown in three places. She was cheerful.
I’m going to be alone Christmas by choice ( I don’t want to travel ). I’ll get out and sit by the skating rink. It’s just one day, things might be open the very next day.
I’m steadily going uphill on guitar and mandolin.
I spoke to my mom today which is important imo.
