John says he didn’t mean for it to do that.
The lucy, sky, and diamonds thing.
But it was meant to happen though, just not by him.
Alot of things are meant to happen here but we don’t mean them, they are meant by others.
John says he didn’t mean for it to do that.

Those lyrics are about an acid trip or my name ain’t 77.
Who knows really.
At times the writers have no idea what they are writing and why.
A lot of the Beatles music was about acid. Were you involved in any way in the first acid wave, from about 1967 to about 1971? My older brother was into that, and I was starting to get into the philosophy of it, though I never really tripped. I wanted to trip on acid for a while, but the closest I got to it was some acid I did in Berlin while I was in the army in 1978. It wasn’t strong acid, and I just saw tracers and laughed a lot. I took some strong acid in 1993, but I was on the Haldol shot and it kept me from tripping. I don’t think I could get high on any acid now. Methamphetamine can’t touch me. That drug does nothing to me because of the med’s. It’s probably for the best I never tripped because of my sz.
Doesn’t mean it wasn’t meant by someone though.
Happens alot.
I didn’t take acid until 1977 when I was 16. I took it about 15 or 16 times. I usually laughed a lot while I was on it too. But i had several bad trips when I was 19 and the last one triggered my schizophrenia. I took acid once after I got sick. When I was 27 I took a 1/4 of a hit and then went to group therapy with my parents. It was an interesting session.
It scares me to think what acid could do to me. I’m glad it doesn’t affect me.
First The Beatles did a ton of the things to mess with people, like the “Paul is Dead” on Revolution rumor and then on the abbey road cover. I personally believe it was inspired by both the painting and the drug. But you will never really know. I think Paul has come out that it “obviously was,” though.
It’s the same thing with Carly Simon. Why doesn’t she just come out and admit that its Mick Jagger she’s singing about? Why fool so many people for so long? What’s the big deal?
No - I heard Warren Beatty…
“In a 1989 interview, Simon acknowledged that the song is a little bit about Warren Beatty, but said the subject of the song is a composite of three men from her days in Los Angeles”
When I saw the notification, i knew you were going to bring up Warren Beatty.
Musicians fool listeners for the reason of keeping a mystery alive. People like some mystery in music, it sells more.
And I found found out Frank Zappa has always been anti drug, like wtf?
His music is not enjoyable at all sober, you have to be ■■■■■■ up!
