for a while i have low blood sugar.
I eat regularly.

Im asking the hospital if it dont get well.
Should i eat a fruit ?
If you have low blood sugar, fruit will definitely help. Fruit has lots of natural sugars.
Could also be your diet is making it unstable. If you eat too much at once, especially things with carbs and sugars, your bloodsugar will spike, causing your insuling to spike to lower it, which then can make it drop too far.
My bloodsugar is more unstable on days I’ve had sweets or sodas
My meds used to mess with my blood sugar
A spoonful of honey is a quick fix.
Eat some bread when your blood sugar is low but please tell your doctor. @Yellowdiamond
I had prediabetic reactive hypoglycemia for about 50 years. I was advised that the worst thing I could do when my blood sugar fell was to eat sugar or honey or bread. I was told to eat frequent small meals of high protein. Your mileage may vary.
When my blood sugar drops I take different measures depending on the severity. I have a glucometer so I first get a blood sugar reading.
If it is below 2 I eat a teaspoon or two of raw sugar
if it is below 3 I take a 1 or 2 glucose tablets
if it below 4 I’ll have a glass of orange juice
So it was my - blood pressure - nurse said to drink water
