Lost in Tokyo Reality TV

In 2007, I participated in a Reality TV Show, ‘Lost in Tokyo’ - refusing to fillet a live eel. The images are still disturbing to me. I wonder what the Community thinks?

After the shock, a more relaxing part of the series, I won a night in the Presidential Suite Hilton Tokyo.

I have tremendous respect for Japanese culture, more than my own in many instances. That beng said, they have some culinary habits I cannot personally engage with.

I couldn’t do it. I just couldn’t. And I’m proud of it.

Smooth sophist @TheFountainPen
You do not disappoint

I got lost in Tokyo once

Here’s a tip: do not turn on mobile data and open maps

Between turning it on and off over less than 1 min cost me £10!

It’s easy to get lost though. Pop up from the subway and it was quite disorienting when we first arrived

Was after a 12 1/2 hour flight and a 9 hour jump in time :face_with_spiral_eyes:

Too bad they were really terrible during ww2. The bombs really humbled them, although this was terrible as well.
