Lookimg for advice

I have trouble focusing i have a cloud of thought that inhibbits me from working im destracted by it and i cant focus on my work i need a way to focis on what needs to be focused on push out what doesnt need to be focused on and think very specificly about what i need to do how do i go about this in a healthy way? Thank you survivors.

Set a timer for yourself for like 5 minutes. Try to stay on task for that time then take a minute break. Then repeat.
