Need help, have people push thoughts I don’t want. I pray for my sanity.
Try to immerse yourself in something. Sometimes if I watch tv or listen to music or text someone I can distract myself enough to change my mind’s train of thoughts.

Then fill your head with your own thoughts.

try to focus on something in the room…perhaps fiddle with a rock or pebble in your hands…try to stay away from your intruding thoughts…takes practice.
