Anyone else feel like the days of winter are a couple hours longer than the days of summer? I feel like I have that seasonal depression. I hate being trapped inside because of the cold. And where we live it’s always windy so it feels even colder. I dunno. I’ve had a down week and need to complain about something

That’s a good idea. My favorite show is bobs burgers. They haven’t been putting new ones on Hulu though. I honestly have trouble watching things. I lose attention like 5 minutes in

I hate winter. My country is also cold, wet, gray and windy, the summers are fine, i feel much better when its sunny. Keep hanging on - spring is coming soon.

I did nothing yesterday and went to sleep at 5:30. I was majorly depressed and the sky all day had dense clouds that made it dark. I stayed in bed still depressed and got up at nine somehow. I listened to my favorite radio station and texted my siblings on our group text that I should above all things take a walk that day. The day is coming to a close and I took two short walks and wrote a letter by hand and played my mandolin and cleaned my kitchenette. I’m still depressed but feeling better.

Stand up comedy doesn’t require a long attention span. Just pause after each joke Is completed, and start up again when you’re ready.
Music helps me when I’m in a funk. My friend with schizophrenia recommended “Liquid Mind” to listen to. It’s very relaxing and brings peace to me. No words either so it’s easy listening.
I’ve always thought of winter days as being shorter since the sun goes down earlier
It’s not the light, it’s the cold. Harder to take since I developed some arthritis.

I couldn’t remember if days were longer or shorter. But once it’s dark I feel like going to bed. Even though it’s only 6pm. In the summer me my mom and my dad sit outside till the sun goes down. It’s nice and peaceful. I hate winter and being cold. I sleep in a hoodie and sweatpants.
