Long story

Ok so Ive been diagnosed with Schizo-affective, or Schizophrenia and I dont think the doctors really can decide on which one it is but heres my story. I know for sure that I have OCD extremely bad. Violent intrusive thoughts wreaked havoc in my life at the age of 14, and Im now 24. The last couple of years though I started experiencing very minor auditory hallucinations I guess. I can tell when its real and when its not real all of the time but they still increase my anxiety levels. Its usually in the form of of when Im out in public and I think someone is going to say something rude to me or call me a name and then I slightly hear it. For example some of the things I slightly hear are wierdo, loser, etc. I Just went on the Paleo diet because it seems like none of the antipsychotics have worked for me, Ive pretty much tried all of them. Currently on the highest dose of Invega and I still slightly hear things. Im so confused as to whether or not I actually have schizophrenia or if my OCD is so bad that my brain is always just listening for the next voice. Current medications are Klonopin 1mg twice a day, Celexa 40 mg, Straterra 25 mg, Buspar 30 mg twice a day and Invega 12 mgs to no avail right now. Please give me some insight
