It’s funny. Most anti antipsychotics mention sudden death as a side effect. Haha
We don’t get adverts on tv for meds in the uk. But online I saw a tv ad for ability. When they got to the side effects bit it was hilarious. The ad was geared towards ability for depression
ive never had any problem with being on it for 2ish years…im at 400mg. sever drooling has been my only thing lol.
the constant lab work was kinda pain in the ass but its ok. i only go once a month now, i actually got my blood drawn today. if anything, a few months ago i didnt have enough clozapine in my system and so she upped my dose a bit.
i guess im lucky when it comes to side effects of medication though…i very very rarely experience side effects over the years, even barely any weight gain (being on almost all of the APs, many different depression meds. etc). except lithium. lithium really messed me up.
but at the same time im very treatment resistant which is why ive tried so many and eventually got to clozaril, been on it longer than any other AP. its saved me honestly
