Left ankle acting up

It feels like I have a bone spur in the Achilles tendon but I refuse to get the surgery for it because of the experience I had on my right ankle it’s painful to this day and regret getting it

Have you had your left ankle x-rayed? That would confirm whether you have a bone spur or not. Inflammation around the achilles tendon can be for a variety of reasons.

So sorry you are in pain. An injury like that ends up being noticeable every time you walk.

I’m sorry you’re sore and you haven’t been feeling better since that surgery too much. I would agree to have your ankle x-rayed.

I’ve got a metal plate in my left unkle left from corrective surgery.
