Laundry, check. Dentist, check. Smoking, WHAT?

I was going along doing my day and I just was overcome with anxiety and all I wanted was a cigarette. So I bought a pack smoked 3 cigarettes and then threw the pack away. I don’t know how hard that’s going to be to recover from but it sure felt good in the moment to just throw caution to the wind and ■■■■ up like that. I really don’t know what’s wrong with my brain.

It’s something you go to for stress. Just try to remember that needing cigarettes is also very stressful and don’t let yourself get back into the habit
